Smart PC Solutions Document Trace Remover 3.3

A leaked document can compromise trade secrets and threaten company security. But did you know that even a document that you send or publish may also contain sensitive information that may harm your privacy and company security? Every time you create a document in a Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint, it is automatically and compulsory tagged with extra information. All documents are assigned properties that list the document's author, organization name, document change and reviewing history, any comments made by the different editors, editing time, and so on.This information can be useful when working with documents in a workgroup, but may cause unwanted problems should it become available to a third party, putting your company in an embarrassing situation or even causing financial risk. A line or a paragraph of text that contains sensitive information, even if it is cut, deleted or overtyped, may still be stored in the document's metadata under certain circumstances, such as if text change tracking is enabled. Do you want all the notes made by your workgroup members while editing a presentation made publicly available? Document Trace Remover checks your company workflow, including Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for unwanted private information that may infringe your privacy and threaten company security.

SBMAV Disk Cleaner 3.1

SBMAV Disk Cleaner is an advanced hard disk cleaner for Windows that can safely clean your disk! It is designed to clean a hard drive of various informational trash having no importance, which simply clutters the disks. Using this software, you can search for and delete temporary system files and folders from the system (as well as files left over from other applications), search for and delete incorrect shortcuts (which refer to non-existent files and folders), uninstall software, delete unneeded cookies, and find file duplicates. The software also helps you work with user files: detect and delete old backup copies and documents, perform searches for file duplicates using different parameters, and then detect and delete unnecessary files.

Main features:
• Search and delete temporary files and folders. The disk cleanup function performs cleaning only of standard folders of temporary files. But hard drives contain much more unnecessary information, which this function can detect and delete.
• Its unique self-learning system (MAVQSM™) performs a disk scan in seconds. To prevent inexperienced users from losing important data, a security system is embedded in the software.
• The user folder scanning function includes support for popular programs such as Acrobat Reader, Ad-Aware SE Personal, Ad-Aware SE Plus, Ad-Aware SE Professional, Axialis IconWorkshop, Download Accelerator Plus, eMule, GetRight, Google Earth, Macromedia Flash Player, Norton AntiVirus, Real Player, Remote Desktop, SpyBot Search and Destroy, Sun Java, Tivo Desktop, ZoneAlarm, Opera, etc. The function can be used to delete old backup copies.
• Software deinstallation. This function is analogous to the system’s built-in one, but it has the additional capability to delete several programs simultaneously.
• Cookies Manager lets you put necessary cookies in the exception list and delete all the rest. This prevents storing information on the disk about websites visited a long time ago or just once.
• Startup Manager allows for the creation/deletion, and enabling/disabling of processes.
• Duplicates can be searched for using various parameters including searches among MP3 files and file groups, such as Microsoft Office documents, images, video, audio, etc.
• Disk Space Analyzer helps detect the largest and the smallest folders and can graphically represent an overall picture of disk capacity.
• The program supports several ways of information deletion: sending files to the system Recycle Bin, usual file deletion from the disk, and unrecoverable (secure) deletions.
